I’ve trained in countries all over the world with people from many different cultures, as individuals or in groups and for different skills sets.
I use an experiential approach engaging the learner at the heart of the process so that all training is as beneficial and useful as possible.
In the vast majority of cases we start with a training needs analysis so I understand what it is you wish to achieve and what skills and knowledge you already have. In this way training is tailored to your specific needs.
We’ll mostly work with original materials developed for you but will also include books, online and other resources that meet your needs.
I can provide certification / awards on request.
Training is largely in two areas:
Organisational skills and knowledge
Trek leader skills
I also train teachers of English as a Second Language (secondary school or adult) and train trainers (in any discipline / subject area).
